Run, don’t walk to your nearest HomeGoods store to check out the prettiest glass bird feeders I think I’ve ever seen.
They come in a couple of styles. You might like the frosted cranberry, teal and green feeders with black metal accents. But, I fell for the dreamy violet genie bottle and the iridescent version. These aren’t my usual color choices, but they’re just so beautiful that I couldn’t say no. And, let’s face it, the price is so right.
This is the smaller feeder. It’s 12 inches tall and 7 inches wide and priced at $14.99. The color is violet, although it looks blue in this photo.
The feeders are made in India of mouth-blown glass and remind me of a genie bottle. Some are frosted, others iridescent. I bought the ones that feature a heavy pewter-like screw cap shaped like a bird, and the large ring makes them easy to hang. The metal platform is nice and roomy, so the birds can easily perch, but they can’t drop much of the seed on the ground.
This is the slightly larger, iridescent bird feeder. It measures 13 inches high and 8-and-1/2 inches wide. Priced at $16.99.
Hurry, go. And let me know which ones you bought.
